Before you start — you must meet all three
- Official operating licenceA valid, government-issued licence to run a bookshop, library or publishing entity in your home country.
- Physical or active operational baseA verifiable presence — a library building, an established bookshop or an active publishing office.
- Annual exhibition complianceParticipation in at least one recognised regional or international book fair each year.

Display the official PLEXO digital badge, and receive a physical and digital certificate carrying a unique verification QR code.
